At JD Salinas Middle School, it is our vision to employ the highest educational standards through innovative technology, empowering every student to gain the knowledge needed to be productive contributors and leaders in our society.
Mission:
We, the staff of JD Salinas Middle School, through the implementation of a rigorous curriculum and targeted systematic lessons, will instill high expectations, promote higher order thinking skills, and meet individual student needs. Through teamwork, collaboration and open lines of communication, we will work toward the common goal of sustained student achievement.

Dear JD Salinas MS Family,
As we move further into the 2025–2026 school year, I am proud of the dedication and hard work shown by our students and staff. Together, we are building a culture of excellence and preparing for success on our upcoming state assessments.
One of the most important ways families can support student success is by ensuring regular, on-time attendance. Every day in class matters, and being present helps students stay on track and ready to learn.
At JD Salinas, we are committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where every student feels valued, encouraged, and empowered to achieve their goals. Let’s finish this year strong by facing challenges with determination, celebrating our growth, and supporting one another.
